Blue dreamer cocktail
A dramatic and eye-catching cocktail is bound to create a ‘wow’ and get the party off to a flying start.
Cocktail ingredients makes 2 – 3 cocktails
- Chilled blue curacao
- Barak Palinka Hungarian Apricot or Peach Brandy or any white Brandy
- Lemonade or tonic water for a more grown-up taste
Instructions
- Mix one part curacao, one part brandy
- Add this mix to two parts lemonade or tonic in a shaker or jug with ice
- Shake and strain into glasses
- Garnish with fresh blueberries and white chocolate chips
