Vinaigrette Hack!

Ingredients:

  • Good olive oil.
  • Salt & Pepper
  • runny honey
  • Dijon mustard

Method

  1. Measure out 1 part vinegar and 3 parts oil into separate jugs.
  2. Pour the vinegar into a jam jar and stretch an elastic band around the jar to mark the top of the vinegar
  3. Add the oil and mark the top of the liquid with another elastic band
  4. Add mustard and honey, to taste, then season heavily with salt and pepper
  5. Give the jar a good shake to emulsify the vinaigrette
  6. Do not move the elastic bands from the jar. When next making vinaigrette, you won’t need to measure out your vinegar and oil, just pour up to the elastic bands, vinegar first.
