Alison Hammond’s Brownies
Prep Time – 15 minutes
Cook Time – 30 – 40 minutes
Serves 12
Ingredients:
- 250g Unsalted Butter
- 200g Dark Chocolate – broken up
- 80g Cocoa Powder
- 65g Plain Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 360g caster sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 10 dime bars, chopped roughly
Method:
- Heat oven to 180°C (160°C fan)/Gas Mark 4.
- Melt chocolate and butter together on a low heat.
- Add the sugar and cocoa powder. Mix well
- Add eggs and mix until smooth.
- Fold in the flour.
- Add chopped dime bars
- Bake for 30 – 40 minutes, until crisp on top and still gooey in the middle.
- Eat warm!
